If you like to get our audio items as soon as they get online, if you feel troublesome to check our site only to check for the download update, then Podcast will do it for you. Download the JUICE software, then open a new “subscription” window, and just copy and paste there the URL link from this “RSS Podcast” icon

iPodder will (almost) automatically download our audio files for you.
You can also use Apple’s iTunes (version 4.9 and above) to do the same. Download iTunes, install it and then open “Advanced” > “Subscribe to Podcast”; copy and paste there the same URL as above.
