20.10.2008, OSSOLINEUM INSTITUTE (ul. Szewska 37) - Under the heading of “Terra Incognita III,” Zbigniew Pilch played various violin pieces from the 18th century. “Terra Incognita” is Pilch’s personal project, and it aims to present the compositions which are often confined in the academic and professional circles to the wider public. This concert took place as the second concert in this year’s “Enjoy Mondays” (”Polubisz Poniedziałki”) festival.

The next concert of “Enjoy Mondays” will take place this coming Monday (01.12.2008) at Browar Mieszczański (ul. Hubska 44-48). The title is “Interactions,” and Jagoda Szmytka (electronics), Marta Niedźwiecka (harpsichord) and Elżbieta Woleńska (flute) will play compositions from the 17th & 18th centuries as well as from the 21st century.

The local Trip-Hop orchestra Digit-All-love will play a concert at the finale of Wrocławski Festiwal Form Muzycznych (Wrocław Music Form Festival). “Festiwal Form Muzycznych” is a music competition for amateur bands of various genres, organized by Światowid (www.swiatowid.net.pl). The concerts by this year’s winners will start at 18:00.

“Ritual (Rytuał Mediów)” is an annual mini art festival and its guiding idea is to problematize the relation between the human and the media and express it by the use of art. This year, its 7th edition will take place on the World Television Day (21.11) and many events will be organized in various locations in Wrocław city center. All events are for free, except for the closing concert at Sala Gotycka. Here is the list of events:
